Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you LOVED your purchase, but we understand it doesn't always work out. If that's you, read on sis!

Items must be returned within 15 days. There is a 5 day return request period in which we will approve an item for return, starting the day the item is received by the customer- Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Christmas returns policy 

Thanks for shopping with us during the Christmas season! All purchases made before Christmas that need to be returned must be returned by Jan 15th. This excludes all final sale items such as Christmas themed clothing, clearance items, gift items, and jewelry.

Returns / Exchanges: 

  • Inventory is limited, therefore, we do not guarantee your item will be available for an exchange.
  • If we do not have your item in stock, we will issue a store credit for your non final sale item.

Returns & Exchanges must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached in the same manner that they were originally attached in.
  • Makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, and stain free.
  • Unworn & unwashed. 

If an item is returned that has not been approved, item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Damaged / Defective Items:

Our staff thoroughly checks for damages or defects in our items before shipping them out. Although it is very rare, we know sometimes things can slip through the cracks. 

Damaged or defective items must be reported to our staff before the item is worn, with tags attached. Reports must be made within 2 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return please email us at shoplucylus@hotmail.com -include your name, address, and order number in the email, and reason for the return. 

Lucy Lu's Boutique is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service so they can assist you.
